💁Scenario / Use Case: Let Assume, you are a Service Provider and you are Providing Services to the End Customer (Client/Consumer).
📍This is a D2C (Direct to Customer) Business...it means you are dealing with your Customer Directly through your Workshop or offline/online Store or any Website or Ticketing Portal or Third Party Environment (E-commerce, Like; Amazon).
Now, when a Customer raises a request for Services (like; installation or repairing and maintenance etc.), your company provides them Services, for this either you outsourcing skilled resources as a person, or you are in that kind of business in which you can provide this kind of facilities under services.
After receiving Customer requests and confirmation online, you assign Resources to them and also book a scheduled appointment for the specific service.
Customers will be liable to pay, an Industry Standard and Predecided rates or fees.
This is the Resource Person duty to generate an additional bill amount based on the provided extra services, which was not mentioned in service contracts (issued appointment list) it may be based on customer request or based on product condition.

➡️These tools are designed to support repair shops and field service operations, and support typical scenarios for those businesses:-
✅(1) Schedule Service Calls.
✅(2) Manage Service Orders.
✅(3) Track Repair Parts and Supplies.
✅(4) Assign Service Personnel based on Skill and Availability.
